Our bylaws are our society’s administrative operating manual. They define: the size of the board and how it will function; the roles and duties of officers and committee chairs; the rules and procedures for holding meetings, electing officer and appointing committee chairs; and other essential corporate administrative matters. Bylaws are not public documents, but by making them available we’re supporting our desire to insure accountability and transparency.
