Our bylaws are our society’s administrative operating manual. They define: the size of the board and how it will function; the roles and duties of officers and committee chairs; the rules and procedures for holding meetings, electing officer and appointing committee chairs; and other essential corporate administrative matters. Bylaws are not public documents, but by making them available we’re supporting our desire to insure accountability and transparency.

Our bylaws, including the most recent amendments, were ratified by a majority vote of our members present at our annual general meeting, January 2019. Click on the image to the right to download our bylaws.
